Even as a student at the University of Göttingen, I was fascinated by the hidden mechanisms underlying human behavior. Be it this cultural network of meanings, but also the "whispering within" caused by neurobiology and psychobiology. In my almost 20 years of work as a consultant, coach and trainer, I recognized the value of an evolutionary biological perspective for the world of work.
